Also now they monitor our time spent at certain locations so you can't spend more than 20 minutes trying to grab lunch or whatever. They disable gas cards in the morning so people dont stop at a gas station for like a coffee while filling up. As of recently they started becoming more strict with our freedom. The main reason I'm complaining about this is because they will tell you that you work Saturday's 2 days before hand so if you got plans forget it! Dont get me wrong the paychecks were nice however I missed out on family time. When May came into motion we worked 6 days a week for 3 weeks until after memorial day. For 5 days straight right after training. My 1st month I remember waking up at and getting to work at 6:30am and working till 6:50pm some days. Also very rarely we would work 6 days straight. They originally told me a normal work week was 4 11 hours days and occasionally we would work 5 days. However I was mislead during the interview. The motion is basically quickly load up, get to your stops and come home before 5:30pm. The job gives you a lot of independent freedom along as you get your work done.
